EMS automation for a new pharmaceutical building

As part of the construction of a new pharmaceutical building, B2C Engineering assisted its client in implementing an EMS system designed to monitor environmental parameters in GMP and non-GMP areas in real time.

The aim was to ensure regulatory compliance, data traceability and energy monitoring integration, while meeting industry quality standards.

The project was carried out in phases in order to adapt to the progress of the building and to synchronise testing and validation across several areas. The EMS infrastructure deployed now enables the monitoring and logging of several hundred control points, with secure alarm management and a complete audit trail.

At the end of the project, the client has a reliable EMS covering the entire building, guaranteeing real-time supervision, enhanced traceability and a scalable infrastructure ready to support the site’s future needs.
