B2C Engineering designs, develops and secures automation, electrical and Industrial IT systems for its clients in Belgium, France, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Our business relies on two resources: the skills of our employees, and the trust our clients place in us by giving us access to their facilities and their data. Our corporate social responsibility approach starts from this observation.
We are committed to ensuring a safe working environment, fair working conditions and continuous skills development.
We tolerate no discrimination and no harassment.
Any breach can be reported to management, who will handle it confidentially.
In April 2026, SBTi Services validated our target to reduce our absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 63% by 2035, from a 2024 base year, and to measure and then reduce our scope 3 emissions.
Our priorities are business travel, the energy consumption of our offices and IT infrastructure, and the end of life of our electronic equipment.
We reject all forms of corruption, undeclared conflicts of interest, fraud and money laundering.
We protect the confidentiality and security of the information entrusted to us; t is a requirement of our profession before it is a commitment.
We expect our suppliers to meet the same social, environmental and ethical standards that we apply to ourselves, as set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
We draw on the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact and on the guidelines of the ISO 26000 standard.
In Belgium, we have been a signatory of the Diversity Charter Belgium since November 2026.
Our activities in Belgium are also ISO 9001 certified for quality and VCA certified for occupational safety. Our quality and safety management procedures are shared across the whole group and applied at all our sites.
Our CSR performance is assessed by EcoVadis. Our latest assessment earned us EcoVadis Silver status.
Each commitment is supported by a formal policy, translated into operational measures and measured through indicators tracked annually. Our policies are reviewed periodically by management.
We would rather announce less and prove it than announce more without evidence.
