In practice, this solution had major malfunctions and did not meet the actual constraints of the manufacturing process, making its operation complex and unreliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B2C Engineering stepped in to conduct a comprehensive audit of the infrastructure and MES solution in order to identify functional and technical discrepancies, understand the root causes and prioritise the actions to be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysis of data flows, from PLCs to third-party systems, enabled critical issues to be corrected and priority functions to be made more reliable, in particular the reporting of material consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the intervention, the solution was stabilised and production data became usable again.
