To meet these needs, a global leader in yeast and yeast extract production entrusted B2C Engineering with the complete revamping of two fermentation skids \u2014 one in France, the other in the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously managed by an aging Foxboro system, the skids were migrated to a modern, standardized, and maintainable platform. B2C redefined the functional analysis, developed the automation in TIA Portal, and implemented a supervision system using WinCC Classic and WebUX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deployment was phased to minimize disruption, starting with a single fermenter.
