The aim of this research and development department is to be able to carry out tests to qualify composite materials on the basis of:<\/p><ul><li>Raw materials used and their characteristics, <br \/>Storage conditions for these materials,<\/li><li>Methods of combining these elements,<\/li><li>Production conditions for finished parts.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The application center is composed of a <strong>warehouse<\/strong>, a <strong>production area<\/strong> made up of specific cells (consolidation press, thermoforming press, parts\/band placement machine, moulding and overmoulding machine).<\/p><p>The challenge of integrating the MES solution is to <strong>ensure very rapid data acquisition and archiving<\/strong>, allowing detailed analysis by correlating various elements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1597f2e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1597f2e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-61ba02a\" data-id=\"61ba02a\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb885b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cb885b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Scope of supply<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3097903 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3097903\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To do this, 2 MES modules have been implemented:<\/p><ol><li>The first one linked to the <strong>management of Operations\/Traceability<\/strong><\/li><li>The second one is linked to <strong>Quality management<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>A <strong>logging solution<\/strong> completes the system.<\/p><p>A specifically developed module allows data acquisition at a <strong>frequency of 1ms and 10 ms<\/strong>. The user interface allows the <strong>creation, modification and management of production orders<\/strong>. The definition of materials, stock management.
