He points out that, at B2C Engineering, the analysis phase is led by technical leaders or senior engineers, and that testing and FATs are guided by comprehensive documentation to cover the entire scope.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

To<\/span> maintain<\/span> this<\/span> strength<\/span> over<\/span> time<\/span>, technology<\/span> watch<\/span><\/strong> and<\/span> continuous<\/span> training<\/span><\/strong> remain<\/span> two<\/span> major<\/span> priorities<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>
